  • How Do I Track My Order?

    Track your order in two ways:

    1) Login to your customer account. Once logged in, click "Order History" to view all orders.

    Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a Fedex tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

    If you've opted into our In-Home Delivery and Setup option, your order may initially ship via Fedex to our local delivery hub. Once all of the items in your order arrive at the hub, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date that works best.

    Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

  • I Don't See Any Updates On My Tracking Information. What's going on?

    No worries! We're here to help.

    If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed and is 'Ready for fedex ', it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto their truck. Not to worry though—you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for fedex  shipments.

    Because packages shipped by fedex have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to a package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmedly en route and will update within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date.

  • When Can I Expect To Recieve My Order?

    Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 3-7 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a FedEx tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

    Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

  • Can I Specify A Delivey Date?

    "Since FedEx is a third party, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date.

    To get started on submitting your request, please reach out to our Product Consultants to place your order by bluttipower@hotmail.com. They will make a note in our system so that your order arrives no earlier than you need it!

    As soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.

  • Do I Need To Be At Home For My FEDEX Delivery?

    If you indicated that you'd like to sign for your package at checkout, then FedEx will need your signature in order to successfully deliver the package on one of their delivery attempts. Due to liability issues, FedEx does not allow us to remove the signature requirement once the box is in transit.

    If you would prefer for FedEx to leave the Bluetti products outside your door, just leave the signature requirement unchecked during check-out. With this option, Casper is no longer liable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

  • How Do I Start A Return Or Exchange?

    If you decide that your Bluetti products aren’t right for you within your 30 day return, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. please contact us at service@bluetti.com to initiate your return. We'll work with you to the nexts step 
    Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.

  • I Forget To Add A Promo Code. What Should I Do?

  • Do I Pay For Shipping?

    We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and most of Canada. The customer charge for $80 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii

  • Do I Need To Pay Tax On My Order?

    Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. Certain states also charge an additional recycling fee for any order that includes the purchase of a mattress.

  • Do you ship to AFO/PO Boxes?

    Yes, we use fedex to deliver to any AFO/P.O. Box. Be aware that these orders are limited based on products weight, size, and hazmat. Delivery dates are an estimate and not guaranteed with fedex . Contact our Solutions Center at sale@bluetti.com for additional information.

  • Do You Ship Abroad?

    We currently sell our products in the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria,  Japan,Italy , France, Spain ,Poland ,and the United Kingdom. Our team is working on bringing the Bluetti experience to even more countries for our international customers!

    FedEx will occasionally deliver on Ground packages on Saturdays. In order to get your order on Saturday or Sunday, we recommend having your packages delivered to a FedEx store or friend's house ahead of the weekend, where you can pick up your packages at your own convenience.

    We want everyone to get the best trial possible, and know it takes a few days to get a feel for the difference Bluetti can make. With our risk-free trial and return policy, you can try Bluetti products in the comfort of your own home--pressure free.

    Additionally, we believe it’s important to test out all your Bluetti products in your own sleep environment. We offer a 30 day trial on all other  products, so you can do just that.

  • My Product Arrived Defective Or Damaged. What Should I Do?

  • What Happens To Returned Or Exchanged Products?

     Bluetti returns will arrive at our facilities, go through the repair if necessary, and then be donated to a local religious organization, charity, or upcycled for use in our pop-up experiences.

    our facilities typically take 1-2 weeks to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.

    Each customer is entitled to one 30-day-return period per product. If at least one of a particular product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional trials on subsequent orders of that particular product. If your product is returned completely unopened, however, a trial will still be available on your next purchase of that same product.

  • How Do I Check On The Status Of A Refund?

  • What Is The Return Process If I Order Through Amazon?

    If you purchased Bluetti through Amazon, the return process is a little different than our site.

    To get the process started, you can initiate a return on your account page, where you'll state the reason for the return. Amazon allows you to receive a credit in the form of an Amazon.com Gift Card or a refund of your original payment method.

    Then, you choose how to send the products back. If you opt into a UPS Pickup, UPS will pick up the next business day. Please note that return shipping will be deducted from the refund, and you will also be responsible for printing the label. With the UPS Drop-off option, return shipping will still be deducted from the refund — but you are responsible for drop-off at a local UPS store.

    If you aren't interested in paying additional fees, we recommend chatting with Amazon customer support for alternative options. They should have some charity partnerships in certain areas and may be able to arrange a pick up for you!

  • What's the difference between buying On Blytti and buying on Amazon?

    We are extremely excited to partner with Amazon! There are several important differences to note between ordering bluetti from their page and placing the order directly with us.

    Bluetti promotional discounts cannot be applied when purchasing your bluetti  through Amazon. You can however, use Amazon gift cards or credit towards your purchase. Referral links and promo codes can only be redeemed via our home page.

    Finally, if you purchase through Amazon, their customer support team will take care of you should any inquiries or issues come up. This can be tricky, since they are such a huge corporation and aren't as familiar with our product. If you purchase on our site, you get the benefit of our team, who can help you through any type of support issues you might come across. We're happy to help with Amazon orders where we can, but might be limited by access.

  • What Types Of Batteries Does Bluetti use?

    All Bluetti battery-powered products are industry-leading battery--LG battery cells.

  • Once Fully Charged, How Long Will Your Power Packs Hold A Full Charge If Unused?

    If unused, power packs are typically capable of holding a full charge for 4-6 months. However, we highly recommend charging the battery every 3-4 months for a healthy lifespan and storing the power pack plugged into the wall or solar panel.

  • How Do I Know If My Device Will Work With The Bluettii?

    First, you’ll need to determine the amount of power your device requires. This may require some research on your end, a good online search or examining the user guide for your device should suffice.

    For example to be compatible with the Bluetti EB240 , you should use devices that require less than 1000W. Second, you will need to check the capacity for the individual output ports. For example, the AC port of the  Bluetti EB240 is monitored by an inverter that allows for 1000W of continuous power. This means if your device is a pulling more than 1000W for an extended period of time, the Bluetti’s inverter will shut off. Once you know your device is compatible, you’ll want to determine how long you’ll be able to power your gear from the Bluetti

  • How Long Will The Bluetti Run My Device?

    Here’s a quick and dirty lesson in power:

    All Bluetti rechargers have a number in their name, ex. Guide 15 Plus Recharger, Bluetti EB240 Portable Power Station. These numbers refer to the Watt Hours (Wh), or the amount of energy that can be stored in each battery, and can help estimate how long your gear will run from each recharger. For example, a 2400Wh battery should run a 100W light for 24 hours (2400/100=24). If your gear falls within the 2400Wh capacity of the Bluetti, you’ll want to check the restrictions on each of the output ports. When you’re deciding on what to power from your new Bluetti power bank, do some research into your device’s wattage consumption.

  • What Do The Different Display Options Mean?

    Your Bluetti’s LCD display is an advanced feature designed to help you better understand power and monitor your consumption. The INPUT side reflects the amount of power your Bluetti is receiving while it’s charging. The OUTPUT side indicates the amount of power the devices you have plugged in are pulling out of the Bluetti. For more specific information on the exact Bluetti unit you have refer to the products user guide.

  • Can I Take My Bluetti On A Plane?

    No. Under FAA regulations you are not allowed to take any battery exceeding 100Wh on a plane. For the most up to date information visit FAA Pack Safe.

  • What Is The Difference Between Modified-sine Wave Inverter And Pure-sine Wave Inverter?

    Modified-sign wave inverters are the most common inverters on the market. They work great with small electronic equipment, usually anything that includes an AC power cable with the box, like what your laptop comes with. Pure-sign wave inverter produces an output that is exacly the same as supplied by an AC wall plug in your house. Although integrating a pure-sine wave inverter takes more components, it produces power output that makes it compatible with almost all AC electric devices you use in your house.
